Nora kicks like mule and has ninja hand movements!

When she lies down, she likes to stamp her heels. I think we’re in trouble with our downstairs neighbour because of this!

Nora is an early riser. Once I’ve put the kettle and sterilizer on as the start of her milk preparation, I would pick her up and put her on her gym mat, which is on the front room floor. I think our neighbour’s bedroom is underneath our front room, and I guess Nora’s been waking her up with her heel stamping exercise! How do I know this? Jules got a text from her at 5am telling him to keep the noise down while playing his shooting game. Since Jules was asleep at 5am, there’s only one other culprit!

Well, Nora could, kind of, sit now anyway. So, I won’t put her on her gym mat. I’ll put her in her rubber ring instead and she can sit there and play with the cups Aunty Alice gave her!

As for her ninja hand moves, it’s amazing what she can reach and grab when I turn my back to her for just one second! A couple of weeks ago she was sitting on my lap as I was having breakfast. I turned to get my tea and she had a handful of beans in her hand!

This morning, I was trying to clear her nose with the sucking device thing, and she managed to grab hold of the tube every time I think I managed to hold her hands away! We had quite a battle this morning, as a result, she has a nasty scratch on her right cheek! Oh well… what’s a battle without a war wound?

Nora just has to realize her mama is a ninja herself and she’d better show me some r-e-s-p-e-c-t

Oh… took Nora to feed the ducks today and stopped at the playground. She sat on the baby swing and loved it!
