oooo... thanks for that. i'll investigate. i've resorted back to oiltum for her bath and sanex head to toe. seem to work. but now she hates the bath and use any excuse not to get in the bath... like 'poopoo' and sit on the potty for ages without anything happening! might take out the oilatum tonight and put a bit of bubble... see if she'll get back in the bath.

argh, typed a reply and i think it's gone missing. basically, what i said was yes, def it's the water! adam has eczema as well, mainly behind his knees. no probs in malaysia - well, not as bad. in fact, we all had nice skin there ;) here, it's a bit of a pain to use it but we use 'emulsifying ointment' for him when he has his shower in place of soap -- it's a tub of 'waxy cream' where you have to mix/rub your hands with a bit of water, then spread it all over his body. pain to rinse off. on my lazy days, i use halos & horns shower gel. have you heard of it? it was recommended by a couple of friends of mine when louise was younger. it comes in a tube-like container. it contains (or meant to lol) a lot less of the nasty stuff.
